The Dam and Sire are x-rayd for the hips and their eyes are checked yearly for CERF.

A good caring home that considers their samoyed as a loving family member.
Preferably a fenced in yard with room to exercise.
The family needes to make sure the Samoyed puppy is well taken care of medically by a veterinarian.
