About Our Irish Setter Puppy Breeding Program

We live in the country with our dogs and choose only to breed 1 litter annually. We have been breeding for about 4 years. The pups are raised in a home setting and receive personal attention. They love people and according to several of our past customers are terrific hunters, (as is normal for this breed)

Club Memberships:  All our puppies are registered with the American Field Dog Stud Book.

Shipping:  Sorry, we prefer not to ship our puppies.

Health Information About Our Irish Setter Dogs & Puppies

 All of our dogs are up to date on their shots and are treated with heartguard and Advantix monthly from April to October. Our bitch sees the vet for prenatal care checkup. The pups were checked by the vet and dew claws were removed within 6 days after birth. They will have their first in their series of shots before you take your puppy home.

Buyer Requirements for Our Irish Setter Puppies

Our puppies need a master that is patient and kind. The puppies love to run, so they really need to have a yard with a high fence and an owner that plans to exercise them on a leash regularly.

These dogs are not the AKC registered Irish Setters bred to be pretty in a show ring, but are American Field Stud Dogs that are bread for hunting for birds. They make excellent family pets and are smart and intelligent dogs.
